Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to: contact@arkanaprivate.com
, stating their order number and the products concerned.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
in their original condition,
unused,
unassembled,
and in their original packaging, complete and intact,
accompanied by the order reference and the customer’s contact details.
Any product returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products:
made to the customer’s specifications (choice of materials, colours, fabrics, finishes, dimensions, modules, bases, etc.),
personalised or made to a specific order,
or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.
These products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of proven defects or non-conformity.
Refund Terms
Refunds will be issued after receipt, inspection and approval of the returned products, excluding delivery and return costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.
Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, the customer must check the apparent condition of the parcels before signing the delivery note.
Any visible issue (damaged, missing or opened parcel) must be reported immediately to the carrier and clearly noted on the delivery slip.
In the absence of such reservations at the time of delivery, no claims relating to the external condition of the parcels will be accepted.
